BBNaija 10: Imisi Admits She Didn’t Expect to Win

Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, has revealed that her unexpected win came as a huge surprise.

Speaking during a post-show interview with Arise TV, Imisi admitted that she hadn’t anticipated emerging as the winner of the popular reality show. In fact, she confessed that she wasn’t even dressed for the moment when her name was called on stage during Sunday’s finale.

“Honestly, winning the show shocked me. I wasn’t expecting it at all,” she said. “Before I stepped on stage, I was really tense just hearing the crowd scream my name. When they finally announced me as the winner, I couldn’t believe it.”

Imisi also shared a lighthearted detail about the night — she wore Crocs instead of heels because she preferred comfort. “I didn’t even prepare for the live show,” she added with a laugh.

Imisi clinched the title after defeating her closest rival, Dede, by a significant margin to become the Season 10 champion. On Tuesday, she officially received her grand prize of ₦150 million, which includes ₦80 million in cash and a brand-new Innoson SUV.
