Ruth Kadiri Says She’s Staying True Amid Fame

Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker Ruth Kadiri has opened up on why she deliberately separates her personal life from her career in the entertainment industry.

The mother of two said she values her privacy deeply and does not want to lose herself while pursuing success as an entertainer.

Speaking in an interview with Jay OnAir, Kadiri explained that she guards her private life to preserve her inner peace and fulfilment while building her career.

“The last thing I want to do as a person is to lose myself in the process of being an entertainer. I need to be able to keep the wealth of happiness or fulfilment for myself while growing and building what I want to build. And I’m not going to let anybody sway me,” she said.

Although Ruth Kadiri is one of Nollywood’s most influential actresses, very little is known about her personal life. She is married to a private individual, and the couple share two children born between 2019 and 2022.
