BBNaija 10: Dede Explains Why She Can’t Date Kola

Big Brother Naija Season 10 runner-up, Dede, has opened up about why a romantic relationship with fellow ex-housemate Kola isn’t possible, despite their close bond during the show.

Dede and Kola shared a complicated dynamic throughout the season, with Kola expressing romantic interest even after Dede made it clear that she was in a committed relationship outside the house.

Speaking in a post-show interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Dede admitted that she genuinely likes Kola and holds him in high regard.

“I do like Kola but it is not enough for a relationship. I do like him. He is an amazing person. I would always sing his praise regardless of what it is. But it’s not enough for what we thought it is,” she explained.

Dede further revealed that her feelings for Kola faded over time, admitting that she eventually got bored with their connection while still in the house.
