Davido Explains Why He Doesn’t Block Trolls

Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has explained why he refuses to block online trolls despite the flood of negative comments he receives.

In a post on his official X account, the singer revealed that he deliberately keeps his critics unblocked so they can continue to witness his progress and achievements.

“Me I no dey block, I wan make you dey see my doings, but I go curse your papa,” Davido wrote, adding that while he welcomes people monitoring his moves, he won’t hesitate to clap back at those who cross the line.

His response has since sparked mixed reactions. While many fans applauded his confidence and resilience, others noted that the singer’s witty social media comebacks have become as much a part of his brand as his music.
