I can’t commit to one woman – Young Jonn
Popular Nigerian singer Young Jonn has shed light on his current relationship stance, admitting that he is not in a place to commit to one woman.
The “Dada” hitmaker explained that, for now, he prefers keeping things platonic rather than pursuing a serious relationship.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Way Up podcast hosted by Angela Yee, the 30-year-old artiste said he is not ready to give so much of himself to just one person.
“Everybody loves love. I mean, love is beautiful. But I’m not really in that space where I can give so much of me to one person. So, I’m just keeping it platonic with everybody,” Young Jonn said.
He added: “I don’t want a serious relationship right now because I feel like I won’t be able to give that person as much as I’m supposed to. So why put them in that situation?”
His comments come after his rumored relationship with Davido’s cousin, Adenike Adeleke (aka Nikos Living), reportedly ended.
The pair sparked dating speculations earlier in 2024 when Nikos posted photos and moments with the singer. However, by August 2025, reports of a split surfaced, with both unfollowing each other on social media and wiping their pictures together.
