Mr Real Slams Afrobeats for Copying, IP Theft
Nigerian music artiste, Okafor Uchenna Victor, popularly known as Mr Real, has expressed concern over the high level of intellectual property theft in the country’s music industry.
The “Legbegbe” crooner stated that Afrobeats as a genre lacks originality, alleging that many songs and ideas circulating within the scene are stolen.
