Peju Ogunmola bereaved, loses only child

Tragedy has struck Nollywood as Shina, the only son of veteran actress Peju Ogunmola, has passed away.

The 24-year-old reportedly died on Tuesday while his mother was engaged on a movie set. His death comes just months after he completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

News of the heartbreaking loss was shared on Facebook late Tuesday night by filmmaker Seun Oloketuyi, who wrote:

“Peju Ogunmola loses a 24-year-old son. Her only child. Please, remember her in prayers.”

Fans, colleagues, and well-wishers have since taken to social media to express shock and extend condolences to the grieving actress.
