Tinubu hails 2Baba at 50

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Afrobeats icon Innocent “2Baba” Idibia on his 50th birthday, describing him as one of Nigeria’s most enduring music legends.

In a statement issued on Friday in Abuja by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the president praised 2Baba’s creativity, resilience, and his contribution to shaping the global image of Nigerian music.

Tinubu noted that for more than two decades, the award-winning singer has inspired generations with soulful melodies while proudly flying Nigeria’s flag on the international stage.
